1. Booking Policy
Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm your reservation.
The remaining 50% must be paid before check-in.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is eligible for a refund only if informed at least 7 days prior to check-in.
3. Legal Compliance
Guests must strictly adhere to all Government rules and regulations.
Any illegal activity conducted during the stay will be the sole responsibility of the guest.
4. Prohibited Activities & Items
Hookah is strictly not permitted within the premises.
Drugs are strictly prohibited. If any illegal activity is found and legal action is initiated, the management will not be responsible or involved.
Glass items and beer bottles are not allowed near or inside the swimming pool area.
5. Alcohol Policy
Alcohol consumption beyond permissible limits requires a valid one-day license as per government norms.
6. Property Care & Damages
Any vomiting/puking inside the premises will incur a cleaning charge of ₹2000 per incident.
Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness and avoid damage to the property.
7. Swimming Pool Usage
The quality of pool water may be affected during or after rainfall, and management is not liable for natural conditions.
8. Pet Policy
Pets are generally not allowed inside the villa premises.
If permitted, an additional charge of ₹1000 per pet will be applicable.
9. Noise & Conduct Policy
Guests are requested to keep noise levels low at all times.
Loud music and disruptive behavior are strictly discouraged, especially during late hours, to maintain a peaceful environment.
10. Property Etiquette
Guests are requested to avoid littering and maintain cleanliness across the property.
Plucking plants or damaging greenery is strictly prohibited.
11. Management Rights
The management reserves the right to cancel or terminate bookings in case of rule violations or non-compliance.
12. General Guidelines
Guests are expected to behave responsibly and respect the property and surroundings.
Any damages or violations may result in additional charges or immediate eviction without refund.
